Delete your FaceLift account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open FaceLift and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

What gets deleted

Your profile and quiz answers, your sessions, program progress, streaks and badges, favorites, reminders and devices, and your review if you left one.

What we keep, and for how long

A single record that an account was deleted, with the email scrambled (hashed) so it can’t be read, kept for our records. Payment records are kept by Stripe or Apple as the law requires (usually up to 7 years); we can’t delete those.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a membership bought on our website. A subscription bought in the App Store must be cancelled there (iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions), or it keeps renewing.
